Switchboard Operator
- Full-Time; M,T,R: 8am-5pm; W: 8am-1pm; F: 8am-4pm
- Responsible for efficiently answering a high volume of incoming calls through a phone console. Handles calls according to established procedures including routing calls to appropriate departments/staff, supplying information to callers, and relaying messages. May perform additional clerical support tasks as needed.
Medical Records Assistant
- Full-time, M-W: 8:30am-4:30pm; R: 9am-5pm; F: 8am-4pm
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling and preparing patient charts. Process incoming daily mail according to established procedures.
