Director of Business Operations
- Full-time, Mon–Fri
- Responsible for coordinating the insurance and billing, medical records and front office activities and personnel. The Director will monitor coding regulations and compliance and will oversee the activities of the privacy and compliance teams. He/She will manage and direct personnel, monitor work flow and work to maximize efficiencies utilizing the practice management computer system. The Director will also prepare financial statements for the Practice as requested by the Administrator and/or Physicians
- Management experience in medical group practice, working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance and financial skills with sufficient knowledge of accounting to direct daily operations are required. Four year degree or equivalent work experience are also essential.
